National shipping within the UK usually takes 2-3 business days and is free of charge. ARCHIVO SOL uses Royal Mail as the freight agent and all products are sent ‘24 HOURS TRACKED’.
❋ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping usually takes 5-11 business days and is £6. Delivery to countries outside of the UK may carry additional fees and taxes, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note ARCHIVO SOL has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
RETURNS
❋ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’d like to return or exchange your order then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email info@archivosol.com with ‘RETURN’ or ‘EXCHANGE’ and your order number in the subject field. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products need to be in their original packaging, be unused and in their complete and original condition. archivo sol does not cover the cost of returns postage. Exchanged goods will be sent out free of charge once the returned item has been received, inspected and processed.
